Choose a domestic-worker centre in Ajman or another emirate by comparing the arrangement it can actually provide for your household, the responsible contracting parties, the case requirements and the full practical cost. The nearest office is not automatically the most suitable, and a centre in another emirate is not automatically cheaper, faster or able to handle your request.

This INAYA guide gives families a cross-emirate decision worksheet. INAYA has one physical office in Ajman. We explain how to compare offers, including ours, without treating service areas as branches or declaring an emirate universally best.

Use the review-evaluation checklist when public feedback forms part of your comparison, keeping it separate from verified written offers.

Start with your household, not an emirate label

Write the same short brief for every centre: your household’s emirate and neighbourhood, the main duties, the proposed schedule, live-in or live-out preference, communication needs and preferred start. Separate an essential requirement from a flexible preference.

Then identify what you are buying. Recruitment, a managed domestic-worker arrangement, a scheduled cleaning visit and related document-processing support are different services. A provider in the next emirate may offer one of them but not the one you need. A search result mentioning your city does not establish current availability or a confirmed booking.

Household questionInformation to prepareProvider answer to request
What work is needed?Prioritised tasks and realistic workloadRole and scope suitable for that request
Which arrangement?Recruitment, managed service, visit or existing-worker processingApplicable service model and agreement
Where is the home?Emirate, neighbourhood and relevant property accessWhether this specific request can be served
What timing matters?Preferred dates and genuine flexibilityAvailability and any conditions before confirmation
What requires travel?Your ability to attend and any worker transport needsWhich visits are required, by whom and for what purpose
What support is needed?Communication and follow-up expectationsActual contact, hours and escalation route

Do this before asking “Ajman or Dubai?” A clear brief gives providers a common request to answer; an emirate name alone does not.

Compare the legal arrangement before the location

Ask which legal entity will contract with you, who will employ and sponsor the worker, and which agreements apply. Record the answer from the actual written proposal. An office address and an employment or residence record answer different questions.

For INAYA’s standard managed service, the agency is employer and sponsor and the household is the beneficiary. A household-employer recruitment request has a different allocation of responsibilities; a visa-only request needs its own scope. Do not assume that every centre offers the same arrangement under the same phrase.

ResponsibilityWhat to establish for each offer
Contracting entityLegal name on the agreement, quotation and invoice
Employment relationshipActual employer and the applicable employment documents
Sponsorship and processingWho handles each required step and what the customer must do
Worker’s pay and administrationWho is responsible under the actual arrangement
Household dutiesScope, schedule, rest arrangements and limits
Service changesWho receives the request and what written terms apply
Ending or a concernRelevant service, employment and official channels

Verify the relevant licensed activity through the appropriate official channel. Do not use a location page, a good rating or a familiar name as a substitute. The agency-choice guide covers identity, licence and contract questions in more detail; the decision here is how those answers affect a household comparing locations.

Check the authority route for your actual record

Ask the centre to identify the action requested, the current employer or sponsor situation, the authority or official service involved and the customer participation required. The household’s address, the centre’s office and the record being processed may be different pieces of information. None alone is a reliable rule for deciding every case.

Use the exact official service information for the case. ICP’s FAQ directs customers to the selected service page for its procedures, documents, fees, submission channels and expected processing time. That is a reason to check the relevant service, not to copy another family’s checklist. ICP: frequently asked questions

The same FAQ describes a domestic-worker Work Bundle involving employment and residence-related services. Ask whether an integrated route applies to your case and what remains for you to do. Do not assume every request must be handled as separate applications, or that a bundle covers every renewal, cancellation or individual situation automatically.

Case-route questionUseful confirmation
What action is requested?Recruitment, new application, renewal, cancellation or another specific action
Which record matters?Actual employment, permit, residence or identity record involved
Which official route applies?Named current service and channel, or integrated route where applicable
What must the customer do?Required participation and documents for this case
What stage is complete?Preparation, actual submission or decision, supported by the appropriate record
What remains?Next action, responsible party and agreed review point

This guide does not establish a different fee, eligibility rule or approval time merely because a centre is in Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah or another emirate. Any claimed difference needs a current official basis for the actual case. Processing support does not itself guarantee the authority’s decision.

Separate the office address from service coverage

A provider can discuss enquiries from an area without having a branch there. Verify the physical office before travelling, and separately confirm that the service can be arranged at your home. Avoid treating a map search title or a regional website page as proof of either.

INAYA’s only office is Grand Mall, Ground Floor, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, Al Rashidiya 3, Ajman, UAE. Its service-area pages describe enquiry coverage, not additional offices or guaranteed availability for every service.

Use Ajman household-service information for an Ajman request and Dubai household-service information for a Dubai enquiry. For the practical coordination between a Sharjah home and INAYA’s Ajman office, see the Sharjah–Ajman office logistics guide. That guide handles booking logistics; this worksheet helps you decide between actual offers.

Find out which office visits are really necessary

Before making a cross-emirate journey, ask what the visit is for, who needs to attend and which documents should be brought. An enquiry, a candidate discussion, agreement review and a required official attendance are not interchangeable. Ask which parts can be discussed through official business channels and which require personal attendance.

Visit-planning fieldConfirmation to obtain
PurposeThe decision or task the visit is intended to complete
AttendeeCustomer, worker or another authorised participant as applicable
DestinationThe actual office or official location required
TimingCurrent opening hours and whether an appointment needs confirmation
PreparationCase-specific documents or questions to bring
ResultWhat record or next step you should expect after the visit

Plan your own travel using your current starting point and conditions. This article does not calculate a journey time or identify the nearest centre. A longer journey may be acceptable for an arrangement that fits, while an unnecessary visit can add cost without resolving the right question.

Compare cost over the same service period

Obtain written offers for the same role, period and commitment. Keep the provider’s charge separate from household travel and any responsibilities outside the quote. A shorter journey or a lower advertised monthly price is only one part of the decision.

Cost or responsibilityQuestion for each provider
Service chargeWhat is the final amount for the agreed role, period and commitment?
Tax and exclusionsWhat is included, excluded and applicable to the final payable amount?
Employment or processing componentsWhat is handled under this specific arrangement?
Worker transportWho arranges it, for which journeys, and on what written terms?
Customer visitsWhich visits are actually necessary, and what travel will the household arrange?
Accommodation and mealsWhat does the household provide under the chosen live-in or live-out arrangement?
Equipment and suppliesWho provides the items needed for the agreed duties?
Changes, renewal and endingWhich conditions affect the total commitment or future payments?

Do not add a supposed “other-emirate fee” unless it appears in the actual quotation and its basis is clear. Do not assume transport is free or that a general service-area statement fixes every journey. The provider should explain any booking-specific arrangements before you rely on them.

If comparing INAYA, use the published package scope and obtain the final written quote. A managed-service price is not the worker’s wage, and a package period does not mean continuous work. Recruitment-only and document-processing enquiries require their own scope and charges.

Test the daily schedule and support arrangement

An office that is convenient to visit may still offer a schedule that does not fit your home. Conversely, a centre in another emirate may be worth considering if the actual arrangement and coordination are confirmed. Review the working routine and support separately from the office address.

  • Identify the household contact who will give instructions and receive updates.
  • Agree task priorities and a realistic schedule, including the applicable rest arrangements.
  • Confirm arrival, access and transport responsibility for the actual booking.
  • Ask how a material change in location, duties or timing will be reviewed.
  • Record the service contact, human support hours and the route for a concern.
  • Ask what requires a new written confirmation rather than relying on the original enquiry.

Do not interpret an online form or WhatsApp availability as continuous human support. For INAYA, human support hours are Saturday–Thursday, 09:00–21:00; Friday closed. A message received outside these hours is not a guaranteed immediate response.

Use a cross-emirate offer comparison sheet

Complete the sheet only with answers actually received. “Not confirmed” is a useful result when a requirement remains open. Do not award extra points simply because an office is in a preferred emirate.

Keep the quotation date and version. If the role, candidate, commitment or responsibilities change, ask for a revised offer before comparing totals. An earlier quote for a different arrangement should not silently become the basis of the decision.

A fictional comparison: proximity does not resolve missing terms

Fictional planning example: A Dubai household wants a managed domestic-worker arrangement with a realistic daily routine. It considers one provider with a Dubai office and another with an Ajman office. These are unnamed hypothetical offers, not claims about INAYA or another real business.

The nearby provider’s initial response does not yet allocate transport responsibility. The other provider has explained the proposed transport allocation, but candidate availability and the start conditions remain unconfirmed. Both have unanswered essential questions.

Decision stepWhat the household does
Align the serviceConfirms that both proposals concern the same managed arrangement and household duties
Resolve the local offer’s gapRequests the actual transport responsibility and final written cost
Resolve the other offer’s gapRequests candidate-specific availability and the prerequisites for a written start
Check the recordsReviews each contracting entity, applicable agreements and case route
Make the decisionCompares the completed offers against essential needs; it can defer both while an essential answer is missing

The family does not assume that the nearby option is better, that the Ajman option is cheaper or that either has a quicker approval route. If one offer instead turns out to be household-employer recruitment, the family recognises that it is comparing a different model and clarifies that choice before discussing price.

Share documents only after confirming the route

Begin with your area, service purpose and current stage. Once the centre identifies the relevant request, agree a private channel and share only what is needed for that case. Do not send passports, identity records, medical information or a worker’s full file to every centre on a shortlist.

Keep application references and documents private, and do not share passwords or one-time codes. If a required action involves the customer’s own official account or identity confirmation, follow that official process rather than transferring login access to an informal contact. Ask how a document error should be corrected before creating a duplicate request.

Make a conditional decision explicit

You can decide that a provider appears suitable subject to a named outstanding confirmation. Record the condition and avoid treating it as a completed booking. For example, suitability of the role, a document requirement or a start prerequisite may still need resolution.

Before payment or reliance on a date, review the actual written terms and relevant confirmations. Keep the agreement, quotation and receipts together. A preferred emirate, a service page and a friendly conversation cannot replace the evidence specific to your arrangement.

Contact INAYA with the comparison questions that remain

Use the INAYA contact page to send your emirate and neighbourhood, main duties, arrangement preference and the unanswered question. Call +971 6 740 0128, use WhatsApp +971 50 203 6767, or email info@inayadomestic.ae. Confirm whether the next step needs an Ajman office visit before travelling.

INAYA’s one office is at Grand Mall, Ground Floor, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, Al Rashidiya 3, Ajman. Human support is available Saturday–Thursday, 09:00–21:00; Friday closed. Service enquiries from other areas do not establish additional branches or automatic availability.

Common cross-emirate questions

Must I choose a centre in my household’s emirate? Do not infer a universal answer from the office address. Confirm the actual service arrangement, applicable case requirements and the provider’s ability to serve your request.

Is another emirate automatically cheaper? No conclusion follows from location alone. Compare written offers for the same scope, commitment and responsibilities, including the household’s practical costs.

Does a Dubai service page mean INAYA has a Dubai branch? No. INAYA has one office in Ajman. Confirm service capability for your specific Dubai enquiry separately.

Does an integrated government route remove every other step? Do not assume so. Check whether the route applies, what it covers and what participation or follow-up remains for your actual case.
