INAYA Domestic Workers is accepting applications for eight staff roles at its Ajman office. The openings and requirements below were confirmed by INAYA management on 29 October 2026. These are service-centre staff positions, separate from applications to work as a domestic worker in a household. Vacancy availability can change; confirm the role with the team before arranging a visit.
Open staff positions
The first hiring priorities are Receptionist / Customer Service, Sales / Domestic Worker Consultant, Cashier / Accounts Assistant and Typing / MOHRE Transactions Officer. All eight roles below are open for applications; priority does not mean that the other roles are closed.

2. Sales / Domestic Worker Consultant
Knowledge of domestic-worker packages, sales and follow-up skills, and Arabic/English communication. Tadbeer experience is preferred.

4. Typing / MOHRE Transactions Officer
Practical experience with MOHRE and domestic-worker transactions, Arabic/English typing and accurate document handling.
5. HR / Recruitment Coordinator

Team supervision, customer complaints, daily operations and domestic-worker agency experience.
Prepare a clear application
Send your CV to info@inayadomestic.ae, or contact INAYA on WhatsApp +971 50 203 6767. Put the role name in the email subject or at the beginning of your WhatsApp message. Include your UAE experience, languages, current visa status and joining availability. Content Creator applicants should also include their portfolio.
Keep your application relevant to the role. For example, a typing applicant can describe their practical transaction experience, while an accounts applicant can explain their cash-handling and reconciliation work. Distinguish experience you already have from skills you are still learning. If a requirement is described as preferred, explain your relevant background rather than presenting it as a mandatory condition.
Use the following message structure with your own accurate details:
- Role applied for
- Relevant experience, including UAE experience
- Languages
- Current visa status
- Joining availability
- CV attached, with a portfolio for the Content Creator role
Do not post a CV, passport, identity document or private worker records in public comments. The initial request is for a CV and the application details above; it is not a request to send identity-document scans. Keep any later document exchange in the private channel agreed with the team. A portfolio should demonstrate your own work without exposing another person's private information.
Application channels and job advertisements
INAYA's designated channels for these applications are its company email and official WhatsApp above. Job platforms and social channels can help applicants discover a vacancy, but this article does not establish that an advertisement is live on Indeed, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or a recruitment group. Confirm the role and application instructions directly with INAYA if a repost has different contact details.
For a question before applying, call +971 6 740 0128. This is the office telephone. The WhatsApp number is +971 50 203 6767; keep the two contacts separate. Message INAYA on WhatsApp or use the official contact page.
What applicants should confirm with the team
The published requirements describe the skills INAYA is seeking. Ask the team about the specific duties, working arrangement, salary, benefits, selection process and expected start for the role you are discussing. No salary range, employment type, closing date or guaranteed interview is announced in this article. Sending an application does not confirm selection, an offer or a start date.
Explain your availability accurately. If you are interested in more than one role, identify the relevant skills for each rather than sending an undirected message. Keep a copy of the role title and date of your enquiry so later conversations refer to the same vacancy.
INAYA office and contact hours
INAYA has one office at Grand Mall, Ground Floor, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, Al Rashidiya 3, Ajman, UAE. Office hours are Saturday–Thursday, 09:00–21:00; Friday closed. Contact the team before travelling for a hiring discussion; these office hours are not an interview appointment or a promise of an immediate response.
If you want to apply for household domestic-worker opportunities instead of a service-centre staff role, use the domestic-worker careers page. Reception, sales, accounts, typing, recruitment coordination, social media, training and hall-supervision applicants should use the staff application instructions in this article.
