For monthly maid service in Ajman, compare the monthly charge together with the commitment, agreed duties and household responsibilities. INAYA’s published price is AED 3,500 for a 30-day service period, AED 3,250 each month with a six-month commitment, or AED 3,000 each month with a twelve-month commitment. These are different commitments, not three interchangeable single-month offers.

The figures below were reviewed on 24 October 2026 against INAYA’s published pricing, effective 19 October 2026. Use them to prepare questions, then confirm the itemised quotation, applicable tax and final payable amount. This article adds a commitment decision sheet to the established monthly inclusions checklist.

1. Compare the same unit before discussing savings

The monthly amounts can be placed side by side because each is labelled as a monthly charge. The commitment still matters: a lower monthly amount does not mean the household can book one month on that rate without the corresponding agreement. Nor does multiplying a rate establish the final cost if the scope changes.

Published optionService period or commitmentPublished chargePlanning arithmetic, before quote-specific changes
Monthly30-day service periodAED 3,500One published service period: AED 3,500
Six-month commitmentSix monthsAED 3,250 each month6 × AED 3,250 = AED 19,500
Twelve-month commitmentTwelve monthsAED 3,000 each month12 × AED 3,000 = AED 36,000

The totals are transparent multiplication of the stated rates, not invented packages, advance-payment requirements or a personalised invoice. Do not compare AED 19,500 and AED 36,000 as though they buy the same period. Review cancellation, changes and the actual period your family can reasonably commit to before preferring the smaller monthly number.

2. Read the monthly price chart with its qualifiers

30-day service period: monthly option3,500 AED
Each month: six-month commitment3,250 AED
Each month: twelve-month commitment3,000 AED

Reviewed 24 October 2026; each rate retains its required commitment. These are not final quotations or three equivalent one-month offers.

The chart shows published monthly figures only. Its labels retain the associated commitments, so it does not imply that every customer can select the lowest figure for a short booking. There is no measured market average or competitor ranking in this comparison.

INAYA publishes the same plan prices for live-in and live-out arrangements. That equality does not settle accommodation, meals, transport, materials or every incidental cost. List each responsibility in writing. A 30-day service period also does not mean continuous work; agree the actual schedule, duties and rest in the applicable arrangement.

3. Separate the agency charge from household responsibilities

Within INAYA’s applicable managed monthly agreement, the charge includes the worker’s agreed salary and the published agency responsibilities within that scope. The household does not add the same included salary a second time. A recruitment-only or visa-only quotation is a different service comparison and should remain separate.

TransportBooking-specific coordinationResponsibility, arrangements and any confirmed charge

Use the table as a question sheet, not a claim that every line creates an additional fee. A clear quotation should prevent both hidden assumptions and double counting.

4. Match commitment length to a realistic household horizon

Ask what is known about the next months. A planned move, extended absence or changing childcare requirement can affect the usefulness of a longer arrangement. Do not select a twelve-month commitment solely because its displayed monthly number is smaller if you have not considered the agreement and likely changes.

Distinguish a stable need from an uncertain schedule. A household may know it needs recurring laundry and cleaning but not yet know which days fit school arrangements. Resolve the schedule and scope before treating the budget as complete. The live-in, live-out and part-time comparison helps identify which arrangement merits an enquiry.

5. Use a commitment decision process

A commitment-aware budgeting process
  1. Define the recurring household work
  2. Choose a realistic commitment horizon
  3. Compare monthly rates with their labels
  4. Allocate household responsibilities
  5. Review the itemised quote and change terms
  6. Confirm the written arrangement

An editorial comparison tool, not an approval or automatic booking sequence.

This is an editorial budgeting workflow. It does not determine eligibility or guarantee that a requested worker or start date is available. If one essential detail changes, return to the quotation rather than relying on an old screenshot of a rate.

Keep the first quotation and any revision together. A short note should identify the reason for the revision, such as a changed household role, rather than overwriting the earlier figure and losing the comparison. Ask the team to explain any difference you cannot reconcile.

6. Understand the relationships in the monthly arrangement

The practical map distinguishes the household charge from the agency’s included salary administration.

The diagram separates service payment, employment administration and household use of the service. It helps prevent a common budgeting error: confusing an included worker salary with a second payment due from the household. The actual agreements identify the parties and their responsibilities.

For official employment context, use the UAE Government domestic-worker guidance. For INAYA’s specific commercial scope, use the current quotation and monthly service page. One record should not be used as a substitute for the other.

7. A fictional household budget decision

Fictional planning example: An Ajman family expects to need support through a coming school term but may relocate later. It compares the AED 3,500 monthly option with the AED 3,250 monthly rate tied to six months. The family records both the rate and the duration before asking about the written terms.

It does not claim a personalised discount or assume early cancellation has no consequences. It also asks who provides transport and household supplies, because an apparently complete spreadsheet can still omit practical responsibilities. The decision remains open until the quotation, schedule and commitment match what the family can actually use.

8. Review payment and change terms before confirming

INAYA’s published standard managed monthly offer calls for the first service month in advance, with later payments on the agreed monthly billing date. It states no separate upfront recruitment/setup fee or security deposit for that offer. Do not extend these terms automatically to separate recruitment or visa-only work.

The monthly terms explain unused prepaid service handling after effective cancellation and eligible replacement review. Read the applicable agreement and ask for a written calculation where needed. Replacement support is not an unlimited guarantee, and an unexpected household change should lead to a recorded discussion rather than assumptions about an automatic result.

9. Frequently asked questions

Is AED 3,000 a one-month booking price?

It is the published monthly amount for a twelve-month commitment. Confirm the corresponding terms; it should not be presented as an unrestricted single-month offer.

Are the multiplied totals a final quotation?

No. They show the arithmetic of the published monthly rates over their labelled commitments. The itemised quotation confirms scope, applicable tax and the actual final payable amount.

Does monthly mean the worker is available all day and night?

No. The service period is not a continuous-work promise. Agree duties, working arrangements and rest; live-in and live-out describe accommodation arrangements, not unlimited availability.

Does Tabby change the package price or guarantee approval?

INAYA accepts Tabby. Ask about the applicable payment option without assuming an instalment schedule, eligibility or approval. The written service quotation remains the basis for the charge.

10. Bring a complete budget enquiry to INAYA

Share your Ajman area, proposed duties, likely commitment and unresolved responsibility lines through INAYA contact. Ask for the option in writing before confirming. A useful budget makes the service easier to understand; it does not establish availability or convert an enquiry into a confirmed start.
