For maid services in Dubai, start with the work your household needs and the practical access required to do it. INAYA reviews Dubai enquiries from its single Ajman office, subject to availability and the agreed arrangement. A Dubai location page does not establish a Dubai branch, and an ordinary household service should not be assumed to include specialist deep cleaning or technical treatment.

This guide adds an access-and-scope checklist to INAYA’s existing regular versus specialist cleaning guide. Its purpose is to identify the right enquiry before discussing a date or a package. A useful plan explains the property, the tasks, the access process and the decisions that still need confirmation.

1. Describe the actual household work

List the rooms and routine tasks you want to discuss, then identify the current condition. Ordinary surface cleaning, agreed laundry and household organisation are different requests from restoring damage, treating an infestation or using specialist machinery. Be specific about the result you need without claiming a particular method is suitable.

Tell the team if the request follows renovation or a move, involves difficult access or includes an unfamiliar material. These details may change the appropriate provider or scope. An attractive label such as “complete cleaning” is less useful than a factual description of the work and its limitations.

2. Route each request to the appropriate conversation

Household requestWhat to explainAppropriate decision
Routine cleaningAreas, condition and prioritiesDiscuss ordinary household support
Laundry and ironingItems, care labels and available equipmentAgree realistic batches and exclusions
New-home preparationWhat work has occurred and what remainsSeparate ordinary tasks from specialist needs
Upholstery or carpet treatmentMaterial and requested treatmentSeek a suitable specialist where required
High or hazardous accessActual location and riskDo not improvise with unsuitable equipment
Childcare alongside cleaningChild’s needs and overlapping tasksAssess the individual role and coverage separately

This table is a triage tool, not a promise that INAYA performs every listed request. The housekeeping service page and role comparison guide help clarify the domestic role. Clinical care, technical maintenance and specialist treatments need their own appropriate professional route.

3. Treat building access as part of preparation

Ask your building or community contact about any relevant visitor arrangements. Identify who can receive the worker and answer a question on arrival. Give the service team a useful location description first; share sensitive entry details only when needed through the agreed channel.

Do not assume a building name uniquely identifies a unit or an entrance. Explain the practical arrival point and any restrictions that affect the agreed work. The household should organise its side of access; neither a worker nor a driver can guarantee entry when the relevant permission has not been arranged.

4. Allocate transport, supplies and equipment clearly

INAYA offers transport through its drivers, with booking-specific arrangements confirmed. Ask how the proposed Dubai enquiry would be coordinated, who is responsible for each step and whether any applicable charge is included in the written quotation. Do not infer a fixed journey time from the distance between emirates.

Confirm suitable supplies and equipment for the actual tasks. A household may have products on site but still lack the right item for a particular surface. Use the supplies preparation guide and manufacturer instructions. Missing equipment is a reason to clarify or defer a task, not to use an unsafe substitute.

5. Build an access-and-scope confirmation sheet

Confirmation lineRecord before the bookingWhat to do if it changes
Household locationAgreed Dubai area and arrival pointNotify the booking contact directly
Entry responsibilityPerson arranging visitor accessObtain a replacement authorised contact
Work prioritiesEssential tasks and optional workDecide which task moves, rather than silently adding
SuppliesSuitable items and who provides themAgree an alternative or defer the task
TransportConfirmed booking-specific arrangementAsk for revised coordination
Charges and timingWritten scope, duration and final payable amountObtain updated confirmation before relying on it

The sheet should be short enough to use. Avoid putting passwords, identity documents or unrelated family details into a shared task note. INAYA’s home access, keys and privacy guide provides a companion discussion for longer arrangements.

6. Follow a decision sequence instead of a broad promise

Dubai household scope and access sequence
  1. Describe the home and required outcomes
  2. Separate ordinary work from specialist needs
  3. Check building entry and household contact
  4. Confirm supplies and transport responsibilities
  5. Review the written service scope and quote
  6. Prepare access for the confirmed arrangement

An editorial triage sequence, not a coverage, specialist-service or arrival-time guarantee.

The diagram is editorial planning guidance. It does not guarantee coverage, worker availability, travel time or completion of every requested task. An enquiry becomes a confirmed arrangement only after the actual scope and required next steps are agreed.

For a short visit, choose the priority tasks first. INAYA’s published four-hour and eight-hour options specify visit duration, while longer service periods need their own agreed schedule and rest. Review current prices without interpreting a package as unlimited labour or automatic inclusion of specialist equipment.

7. See which responsibility belongs to whom

The relationship map separates household preparation, provider confirmation and specialist work.

The graph prevents a coordination gap: the family defines the task and arranges household access, INAYA confirms the applicable service and the building controls its own entry procedure. A specialist provider becomes relevant when the requested outcome falls outside ordinary domestic work. One person’s confirmation cannot silently substitute for another party’s responsibility.

Use the UAE Government domestic-worker guidance for official context. If an enquiry involves a worker’s documents rather than household cleaning, explain that separately; ordinary service planning is not an application approval process.

8. A fictional Dubai enquiry example

Fictional planning example: A Dubai household is preparing an apartment after decorating. It lists ordinary kitchen and bathroom cleaning alongside paint removal from a delicate surface. During the enquiry, the family separates the delicate-surface request for appropriate specialist assessment instead of assuming it belongs in a routine maid visit.

It confirms building entry, asks how driver transport applies and prioritises the agreed household tasks. The written note records the specialist item as outside the current scope. This avoids confusing an unfinished excluded task with a failure to perform the agreed visit. The example is not a claim of present availability or a guaranteed completion time.

9. Frequently asked questions

Does INAYA have a Dubai branch?

The verified company record establishes one office in Ajman. Dubai is a service-enquiry area, with the specific request subject to review and confirmation.

Is every Dubai area automatically covered?

Do not assume that. Share the exact area, desired service and timing so the team can check the practical arrangement and availability for that booking.

Can ordinary maid service include specialist treatment?

Explain the requested outcome and equipment. Do not assume specialist deep cleaning, chemical treatment, hazardous access or restoration falls within ordinary domestic service.

What if the building refuses entry?

Use the agreed household contact to resolve the access issue and inform INAYA. Do not ask the worker or driver to bypass the building’s process; discuss the booking consequences through the service contact.

10. Prepare an accurate Dubai service enquiry

Use the Dubai enquiry page or contact INAYA with the property type, first priorities, preferred date and access questions. Confirm scope, transport, supplies and final payable amount in writing. The result should be a service plan that fits the actual home, not a general promise attached to an emirate name.
