The total depends on whether you recruit a worker onto your own employer file or buy services from an agency that employs the worker. Build your budget from separate cost categories rather than multiplying a monthly advertised price and assuming everything else is included.
The recruitment contract must identify financial obligations and services. The employment contract separately records the worker's wage and payment method. A recruitment fee, a government fee, a worker's wage and a monthly service charge are different payments, even when an invoice collects several together. Separate the four main categories
| Category | What to establish before paying |
|---|---|
| Recruitment fee | What the agency charges for the covered recruitment service and which statutory refund rules apply |
| Government and processing fees | The exact permit, residence and related services required for your case |
| Worker wages | Contractual wage, payer, due date and payment evidence |
| Monthly agency service charge | The service period and written inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms |
Check whether service-centre charges, applicable tax or collection charges are additional. Do not assume that one government service fee represents the entire immigration process. The MOHRE permit card describes its own service and requirements; other steps may have separate charges. MOHRE: new domestic-worker work permit
Include the costs linked to the employment arrangement
For a household-employer arrangement, consider accommodation, work tools, medical treatment or insurance, and applicable leave and travel obligations. The law's food and work-clothing obligation concerns full-time workers who are not under temporary employment, unless otherwise agreed. For temporary employment, identify the agency's duties and the beneficiary agreement instead of automatically assigning every expense to the household. Federal Decree-Law 9/2022, Article 11 Federal Decree-Law 9/2022, Article 14
Health insurance is a real budget item. Ministerial Resolution 504 of 2026 requires valid insurance for the issue and renewal of covered work permits, including domestic-worker permits. The worker must not bear the subscription or renewal premium; a medical co-payment under the insurance policy is a separate matter. This does not establish whether a particular INAYA monthly price includes the premium. Ministerial Resolution 504/2026, Articles 1–3, PDF pp. 1–2
Use a quote comparison that preserves the distinctions
Request two columns: payments at the start and recurring payments. Add another column identifying who pays each item. Ask whether deposits are refundable, what a cancellation changes and which travel expenses arise later.
Hypothetical budgeting example: Household A receives a recruitment quotation and will pay the worker's wage separately. Household B receives a monthly agency-service quotation. Comparing only the two headline amounts would be misleading: the contracts cover different responsibilities. Compare the same service period and responsibilities before deciding.
Read refund terms against the right payment
Cabinet Resolution 106 contains conditional recruitment-fee refunds, including a proportional formula and special full-refund cases. Those rules must not be automatically applied to an ordinary monthly subscription. First identify the legal model, the payment concerned and the reason the arrangement ended. Cabinet Resolution 106/2022, Article 6
Where INAYA's starting prices fit
INAYA's starting package prices are Essential from AED 1,500 per month, Signature from AED 2,500 per month and INAYA Black Custom Quote. Request a separate breakdown of wages, government fees, recruitment charges and insurance for your selected arrangement.
Before choosing, ask INAYA for the working arrangement, duties, schedule and terms included in your selected package, together with an itemised quotation. A useful budget explains both the initial payment and what remains payable throughout the arrangement.
